Rebar Thread Cutting Machine

1.Turn on the power supply, and let the machine to idle running 3-5 minutes. Add enough lubricating oil in these parts needed to be lubricate.

2. Choose the suitable chaser according to diameter of rebar. Must install the chasers according to their No. clockwise, prohibit to install random. Choose suitable Slipper Plate and Transpositional Gear. After doing above things, try to process and adjust from large to small (rotate the Adjustment Circle clockwise to be larger, anticlockwise to be smaller)    

3. Fix the Opening & Closing Circle and Readjustment Circle to the right position. When open the Opening & Closing Circle and Readjustment Circle, should master the suitable position, and prohibit to overexert but use suitable strength to disconnect (No burr on thread of rebar as the standard) . For rebar ≥32mm, in order to prolong the life of machine and ensure the quality of thread, should process two times (prohibit to load the rebar again).
